Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of co-presenting a mindfulness and self-care pre-conference workshop for the Australian Nurse-Family Partnership Program. It was interesting to learn about Dadirri - which is a Aboriginal cultural term for stillness and deep listening.Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr Baumann talks about this ancient practice that is akin to mindfulness.
