Self Care in Self Isolation
With the spread of coronavirus we need to find ways to keep social distancing from becoming social isolation. One way is to use video to create an immersive experience.
SO we’ve produced a collection of short videos (under 5 minutes) to use as anxiety breaks. They feature tranquil scenes of nature, which research tells us, restores attention and increases a sense of calm and wellbeing. In fact you could think of it as meditation with your eyes open.
