Alarmist Alert

I'm alarmed to find I've become an anxiety alarmist. In a way it almost feels like I don't have a choice, I'm surrounded by it. Our society has become a pall of gloom. It's a sad situation that I want to change. I see my children, my family, my friends, my country, my universe being affected by it. I stumbled across a great quote from James Murphy on the Swiss Miss website, "The best way to complain is to make things." That sums up my motivation to make Mindsettle happen.

Deb Silber advises us to "burst through your comfort zone - fueld by your own idea, by your own mission, by your potential." Which dovetails poetically with the words of Dr. Audrey Evans, who on reflecting about her life says "I was given a mission and the ability to serve it ... making a difference in lives of children."

And so inspired I venture forth.
