Rachel Howfield Massey is a UK artist and wellbeing expert who has created this visual meditation especially for Creativity and Wellbeing Week that starts next week in the Great Britain. She says "Connecting with nature is proven to improve sleep, reduce stress and support wellbeing and emerging evidence proves that we can even gain benefit from connecting with nature through a video or photograph." If you are missing your usual connection with nature this short meditation will gently ground you.
